- Low income, any age: Help with Health Costs, Council Tax Reduction, Housing Benefit, Jobseekers Allowance, Universal Credit, Income Support
- Other queries: Care costs for elderly or disabled people; Special Educational Need Support and Education, Health and Care Plans for children with special educational needs.
Assistance can be given with checking if you are entitled to a benefit, and with completing claim forms. Assistance can also be given with communicating with officials from any service, whether by letter or telephone or in person.
Home visits can be arranged at a time to suit you.
